Triumph membership terms

  • Membership to Triumph Uganda shall be by application and subject to approval by the BOD.
  • There shall be Full, Honorably, Affiliate/ Associate members to Triumph Uganda.
  • The Board of Trustees shall retain the right of admission of membership, however, if an application is rejected the reasons for the rejection shall be given to the applicant
  • The BOD shall have powers to change or modify the membership policy whenever necessary.
  • The organization shall possess a membership register.
  • The BOD shall reserve the powers to fix a membership fee and the same within the same jurisdiction may revise and or modify from time to time such fees payable to Triumph Uganda. Payment is after approval and every member will be required to pay an annual subscription fee.
  • Members who are in arrears of more than two years subscription fee will have failed to comply with the terms and conditions and or requirements defined here in the constitution, therefore, shall loose voting eligibility and all other rights applicable at Triumph Uganda.
